This weekend we had a visit from a dear friend of my daughter. Her friend doesn't live in our area, so she visits us for three of four weekends a year. A deep friendship connects the two girls.

Dieses Wochenende hatten wir Besuch von einer Freundin unserer Zaubermaus. Da die Freundin nicht in unserer Gegend wohnt, können sie sich nur drei oder vier Mal im Jahr sehen. Nichtsdestotrotz verbindet sie eine tiefe Freundschaft.

Yesterday evening (until two o'clock) I sewed two tops for the girls. So that they have something that reminds them of their friend:

Gestern Abend habe ich bis um zwei Uhr genäht für die beiden Mädels. So haben sie immer etwas was sie aneinander erinnert.

I used top quality fabrics. The green one is from the USA, the lilac one is from here (and was very expensive) and the colorful one is from Buttinette

Ich habe qualitativ hochwertige Stoffe benutzt. Der grüne ist aus den USA, der lila von hier (und war sehr teuer) der bunte ist von Buttinette.
